With two westies this holiday season we decided to set up the top half of our 8' tree. This worked out extremely well. Placed on a table top and out of the way of inquiring noses we hope not to repeat last year's event when Julep ate one of the glass ornaments.

With all the supervision on decorating the tree it was nap time on the sofa.
Derby finds his comfortable spot.
I've given up trying to keep the top cushions of the sofa neat.
