Kiwi, Sweet Potato & Gail


 Yesterday I went to Gail's office to pick her up for lunch at Ava's.  I took my camera to snap a few photo's Kiwi since I haven't seen her for a long time.  Kiwi loves to go to the office with Gail and has her own bed under Gail's desk.  I also had the opportunity to meet {for the first time} Sweet Potato who was visiting for the weekend with Gail's boyfriend, Terry.

Ava's Pizzeria & Wine Bar serves one of the best pizzas I've ever tasted (and that includes Italy!).  Their pizza dough is made from scratch every day and baked in a wood-fired oven which imparts a savory flavor into the crust.


With spring around the corner, the St. Michaels harbor will be full of pleasure boaters coming across the Bay for a relaxing weekend of shopping and casual dining.

    Kiwi and Sweet Potato are both adorable. Duke would love to go to work with me but somehow I think the health department would have a problem with him hanging out in the kitchen with me :)
