I love the colors and prints in my last selection of fabric ...
so happy ... so fun ... so spring!
Did you notice I got a little brave and did a few fancy stitches along the ends? With these now complete, I can start cutting out the 30 bandannas promised the westie rescue group in Bluemont, Virginia for their outing at a winery. Green grapes will be one one side of the bandannas and maybe a purple check on the other.
Since I have the hang of making bandannas for rescued paws ... one rescue group contacted me to see if I would be willing to sew belly bands for little boy westies that just have to mark everything in sight ... the belly bands stop that. Will see how complicated they are to make and if my sewing skills can be expanded.
Those are great colors, very springy. I love the stitching you did on the edges. My husbands daughters dog wears one of those belly bands, it was the first time I had ever seen one and couldn't figure out why they had a big scrunchy around him...lol
ReplyDeleteSo CUTE! Do you sell them, too? (Daisy wants to know) LOL!
ReplyDeleteI have never heard of a belly band! What a clever invention. Thankfully Louis doesn't do that, but I will say that he has had an accident or two before. Wonder if that would help with those?
