I was asked by our Bozman Post Mistress if I would make some
American Doll clothing for the Bozman Church holiday bizarre.
This is a fund raiser at the end of November so I have time
to make additional dresses. I may make a quilt also since it's
for a local community church ... if I have time.
Now this quilt has been mailed to a FB friend who lives in Texas
Her mother in is a facility for Alzheimer's patients so she
wanted a quilt that could be used to cover her mother while
in a wheel chair. This is my first 'test' quilt since I didn't have
the specific size needed. I did find general info on Pinterest
to help me out but I'm thinking this might be a little long.
Vacation Scrappy Squares
Deciding on how to lay them out.
A scrappy pairing.
The dreaded seven 'Frozen' panels came in the
mail ... as mentioned in a previous post I would
have cancelled the order but I couldn't remember
the company I ordered them from.
If there is a good side ... these panels are half the size of
the other three quilts I made.
A family member had a nasty accident and hurt her arm badly.
I decided to make her a quilt hoping it will cheer her up during recovery.
I haven't seen her in years so I hope she likes this color combo
which is a grouping by Moda Fabrics.

I don't know what I was thinking when I made the length as
the original pattern suggested [which is longer than I normally like].
I did come to my senses and cut two rows off vertically.
Tuesday's project is to get this quilted to mail on Wednesday.
Busy, busy, busy, each and every piece is lovely.
