I Made Some To Step 13

We finally have our Internet service back!  Our outage was due to
the roofers removing the satellite dish to replace the roof shingles.
We had to schedule Direct TV to re-install and re-align
the signal and that happened this morning.
I get in trouble while drinking my morning coffee checking
e-mails that were delivered while I was in la-la-land.  This pattern
looked simple and a good way to use leftover pieces of fabric.
As hard as it is to believe I do have fabric hanging around the
sewing room prior to the move into this house.
I love this pattern!  You can make it as large or
as small as you like and the results still turn out great.
For those interested in this pattern here is the info.
[unless you can read the material cutting photo above].

All the 'Around the Block' tops you see will be delivered to
Chris for the Outreach ladies to finish.
 Top #2
With several of the beginning cutting steps you have the
ability to cut two of the same size piece from one strip.
Wanted to mention this just so you didn't think you were seeing double.

Everyone knows that's Julep sleeping.

 Julep yet again.
 Derby sleeping on his quilt.
 That's Julep under the chair.

The tops vary in size [toddler and/or small child].
So far I have a bag of 20+ quilt tops with bindings
to turn in at the next Guild meeting.  Wow!  While this
is a lot of work [and hours at the machine] it certainly feels
good to do something this simple for those in need.
It's also cool other Guild hands will take these simple
tops to the next step, then completion, and finally delivery
to those in need.   As they say ... it takes a village ...
and I'm just doing my little part ... from my little
sewing room in ... little St. Michaels.
