First Project

A favorite photo of Julep and Derby from several

holidays ago.

 Here is the first project sewn on the Bernina B770QE.

These are pretty simple half square triangles made from

a layer cake {10" squares} of Michael Miller fabric

my sister found for me at Tuesday Mornings.

 I tried several layout and decided on the final one [below].

 Since Christmas is almost here I've put this away

to finish up at some point during the year. 

Here is a close-up of the blocks.

I'm not sure what I'll be working on next so stay tuned.
