The Ducks & The Sunday Funnies

 We got off to a rather loud start to Mother's Day this

morning when the ducks were waiting in the pool

for Derby ... Bark - Bark - Bark ... I'm surprised he had

any bark left in him from yesterday.

 If our deck wasn't fenced in ... we would have 

lost the westies a long time ago.  They have

zero - repeat zero - recall but if I'm lucky

the word 'treat' sometimes works.

 Derby wants duck for breakfast.  Funny thing is

I do buy them duck in their frozen-raw food.

 Julep is thinking about her Mommy Ming

on Mother's Day ... how sweet.

The first yellow finch I had the pleasure of

spotting this morning.
