My Dad ... Charles
Our Outer Banks vacation was cut short because
my dad [who had been sick for many years] was
placed into hospice care. His funeral was on
Friday and I drove back home on Saturday.
After a sad week I'm now trying to get back to normal.

ReplyDeleteLloyd and I pass along our sincere condolences. Knowing that your dad was comfortable throughout his last days should be a relief. I am not good with words. You know I care about you and hope that the days ahead as your thoughts and actions turn to worries about your mother will be eased by knowing that you have many friends who will gladly share your burden.
