Returning Home
The first part of our flight from Las Vegas to Detroit on
Thursday went perfectly but the second part from
Detroit to Baltimore was not. This flight was delayed
due to weather moving through the mid-Atlantic region
which caused flight delays and back-ups across the board.
Thank goodness we were in first class so it was nice
and comfortable. [We had accumulated enough frequent
flyer miles for our air travel which was a big savings.]
In any event, we finally departed which made our
arrival 2 hours later.
Wilson started not feeling great in California but I was
okay. The day after we arrived home the upper respiratory
infection hit him and to make a short story even shorter
I got it a few days later. Today I have no voice and
it's a good day to catch-up in my sewing room.
Glad you made it home safe and sound even if it was a little later than expected. Too bad about getting sick. I hope both of you are feeling better soon
