Julep & Derby were in my sewing room sleeping until I went
downstairs to grab a bottle of water. Since they had a
50/50 chance of me coming back upstairs they decided to
wait at the stop of the stairs just to be sure.
Today we are in for some nasty weather with very high winds.
I decided to take photo's of my spring flowers just in case
the wind damaged the plants.
the wind damaged the plants.
Pink Columbine
That bright pop of color is pretty to look at against the stone wall.
Blue Wood Hyacinth
Peonies
The 3 plants have done well in the garden.
The goose family out to dinner.
Ginkgo Tree
Sweet Williams which are from the
wild flower seeds I tossed in the front garden last spring.
Dutch Iris
Along the front garden wall.
If I've said it once I've said it a thousand times ...
I love the stacked stone wall we put in the front.
It looks like it's been there forever which is what
we wanted ... a natural look.
Taken from the side yard through the flower bed.
Everything looks happy and healthy.
Red Maple Tree
The yearly photo of the tree my dad planted for me when
we lived in Bozman. It was in a pot and was easy to move.
We did have our landscapers move it from the center bed to the bed
by the house since it's wan't happy being in full sun.

The happy little family must be use to seeing me in the yard.
It's amazing to watch the goslings grow.
All your flowers are so pretty but I especially love the columbine. Fabulous color.
