I showed the front of this quilt a few days ago and now I'm happy to say
it's complete and in the new bag I started for Outreach.
The fabric theme is woodland.
I decided to start using up small pieces of fabric from my stash.
The rainbow fabric and the graduated tan to brown color fabric
I used on the back was from an estate sale.
The purple paisley fabric I had for years and
it was time to move it out.
The second flag panel is done with a simple top and bottom
border. These are so beautiful they really don't need any
additions to the center panel. I have one more panel left.
These tops are just so beautiful not to have them quilted by a professional.
Chris will try and find someone then they will go to a veteran.
We have having a snow storm which started last night and will
finish up sometime today. My best guess is we have at least 8" of snow.
This is a great day to work on scrappy kids quilts and I
found a pattern that will work perfectly to move
out more odd and end pieces of fabric.
