A French Rose Halloween quilt.
The fabric glows in the dark and since I'm keeping this one
just for me I placed buttons in the middle of the flowers.
The top was completed several years ago using a charm
package of 5" squarers plus yardage from my stash.
A dear Facebook friend is in the middle of a health issue so
I finished the quilt and mailed it to her.
She will use the quilt while going through chemo treatments.
The rest of the quilts pictured are for the camp kids.
The unicorn fabric is covered in glitter.
The purple used was from a short bolt Jaftex sent me.
The colored blocks were found on the free table at a guild meeting.
I cut the butterfly fabric from my stash.
I was playing around with 2-1/2" x 6" mini-brick blocks leftover
from multiple projects. For fun I added three of the French
Roses. Quilts finished for the kids at camp = 170
All of them look great. I like the looks of those French roses.
