It's Memorial Day!

Our first turtle [of the season] fell into the pool this morning.

Julep & Derby did the turtle in the pool alarm bark

to let me know what just happened.

With Memorial Day here I thought it was

time to buy some flowers for the garden

so I stopped in the Village Shoppe to

take a look at the selection.

Decisions ... Decisions ... Decisions

I had  trouble making up my mind

what to buy for the garden

because I wanted everything!

I came home with no flowers because

I simply couldn't make up my mind.

From the Village Shoppe grocery

I came home with a pound of shrimp,

two steaks for the grill, and three

bottles of red wine so the trip wasn't a total loss.
