The westies will need a nap in order to stay up and
watch the ball drop at the stroke of midnight.
We're staying home [as usual] doing nothing fancy ...
just a nice dinner and watching Time Square on TV.
Photo's from earlier in the week.
Thought I'd better post them before the end of the year.
This is all the snow we received ... how disappointing!
Trying to keep as many paws off the deck as possible!
My second favorite bird ... the Cedar Waxwing.
It's not often we have a flock of Cedar Waxwings in our yard.
They come to snack on the holly tree berries before they move on.
Julep & Derby have been in a very playful mood lately.
Julep ... the Alpha Westie!
I was surprised how good this picture came out
with my camera setting on 'automatic'.
While I was taking moon pictures Derby was looking
for our little deer friend. She's still hanging around walking
slowly, eating, and sleeping in our flower beds.
You would think the westies would be 'over' the sight
of a deer in the yard ... but oh no!
On the migration path of a thousand black birds.
We also have plenty of geese this year resting in our creek.
Have a Great 2013 and a B-I-G thank you for
visiting my blog and leaving comments over the past year.
All the best for a healthy and happy New Year!
