St. Michaels After Dark

With the westies all snug in warm blankets
Wilson and I went out for dinner at Ava's.
We wanted to play around with our cameras and
take some holiday photo's of St. Michaels After Dark.
Julep being annoyed with the camera flash
puts her head under the blanket.

Don't need to worry about traffic as Wilson
stands in the middle of the street photographing
the lights outside of Carpenter Street Saloon.

All the shops are nicely decorated for the
holidays.  This weekend is Christmas in St. Michaels.
I'm hoping to have time to see the gingerbread houses
on display - we never go to the Christmas parade down
the main street because it's such a traffic nightmare.

I love this little town of St. Michaels!

It is on a rare occasion I stop & shop in town.
Simply decorated, this is my favorite window.

The Christmas Shop is celebrating 40 years
at this exact spot in St. Michaels.  They have a
beautiful selection of ornaments.

We had fun taking photo's of our
Small Town U.S.A.  Wouldn't want to
live in any other place!
Dinner at Ava's is my ultimate favorite place to dine.
I love the pizza baked in their wood-burning oven.
Tonight we're toasting in the holidays at Theo's
with dear friends JoAnn & Lloyd.
