Let's Make Pasta!

 Bob & AJ invited us over for a pasta dinner

last night ... and boy was it super-yummy!

 The dough was so easy to roll out.

 I can't wait to try this recipe - it's so simple!

 I remember my grandmother making 
homemade noodles when I was a child.  
She would cut the noodles &

then hang them over string in the 
kitchen to dry. I'm in love with this recipe -
it is very rich due to the amount of eggs used.

 This pasta plate came all the way from Italy.
