What's New . . . .

Considering my last post was titled
Nothing New Around Here
let me share what is new around here.
Besides Derby's ultimate cuteness ... by daring husband hasn't
been feeling the greatest over the past few weeks.  He's had
trouble sleeping and breathing [which is not a good thing]
and there were conclusions as to what was wrong but they
were not the right conclusions as to the real issue at hand.
My Daddy Wilson is in the hospital!
Wilson has been in the hospital for a few days in the cardo unit.
To make a long story short he has damage to his heart which has
been happening for some time now but we're not sure how long.
All EKG's in the past have been perfect which makes me wonder.
He's not a happy camper and currently they are working to get
him on the right heart meds prior to release.  Then in two weeks
he'll go back to the cardo doctor to determine the right
procedure he should have - he has three options at this point.
So with Wilson in the hospital and the house on
the market things around here have been far from
 'nothing new around here'.
So that's it in a nutshell ... I'm leaving you with a little funny
and a beautiful picture of our tree peony bloom.

  1. Oh I am so sorry about Wilson. We hope he will get the right treatment and be better soon. With the house selling this is awful timing and it must be quite stressful. We have you both in our thoughts and prayers.
    Our very best wishes.

  4. I'm so sorry you are dealing with so much right now! Moving is stressful enough, I know as we just finished moving; having to deal with your hubby's being hospitalized would have put me over the edge.
Praying peace and grace for you as well as wisdom for the doctors.
    Hugs, Noreen
