More From The Production Area!

We had a brief shower late yesterday afternoon which
forced the westies to hang out inside with me.

... On To The Production Area ...
My sister found this fabric at her local JoAnn's.  I asked her to
buy the remainder of the bolt which was a lot of yardage!
I looked for a simple pattern because I wanted to keep this in-tack
[as much as possible] due to the cuteness of the design.
Still needed: boarders, backing, binding.
Another quilt complete & ready for a rescue group.
While watching TV I like to hand-sew the binding on.
I finished piecing this quilt pattern called the Modern Greek Cross.
This is the second quilt I made using this pattern.
If only I could figure out how to sew on two machines at once!
Planning ahead & getting ready for Xmas!
I pieced complimentary units of four [5"squares] together and now
I'm waiting for my order of Scottie holiday fabric to arrive from
fabric.com.  This will be a scrappy and happy holiday quilt.
Next trip to PA fabric shopping will probably be in August.
Close-up of the Modern Greek Cross square.
This pattern is from the new 'Quit-it' magazine and the fabric
is from my last shopping trip to PA.  The fabric line is
called Chic Zen by Moda Fabrics.
Have a great day & thanks for popping in for a visit.
