Xmas Eve Lunch ... The Inn at Perry Cabin

Wilson and I had lunch at the Inn at Perry Cabin on
Xmas eve.  We normally go into Baltimore to be
with family but since the weather was so awful we
re-scheduled our gathering until Saturday.
The Inn has a new owner ... Belmond.
They are making improvements all around.  We did heard
Belmond also purchased Harbourtown Golf Resort next door.
 The front lobby Christmas tree.

There is one thing you can count on at the Perry Cabin.
Expensive food which is just average.
Looking over the wine list ... Wilson decided on a
nice bottle of David Bruce.
 Oysters on the half shell.
It was relaxing to watch the fog roll in.

Here on the shore it poured from time to time.
I think rain is better than snow!
We left our cell phones at home and had
a nice relaxing lunch.

We had so much to eat for lunch we didn't eat dinner!
Here are pictures from around the Inn.

The bar is small and at night it's the place to be.
A pet-friendly place to stay.  This is Harvey
who we met checking in.  I just had to say hi.

The gingerbread house in the lobby.  I like this years creation.
Tree in the sitting area off the main lobby.

We hope you are having a very Merry Christmas day.
