Taking A Break From Moving Boxes

 I took a short break from packing moving boxes to make a

few American Girl outfits for my friend {Leslie} to give to

her niece {Ruby} who will be turning 8 in a few weeks.

 Ruby will be getting an AG doll for her birthday so

Leslie wanted to surprise her with some clothing.

 I mentioned to Leslie several years ago to let me know when

Ruby is old enough for an AG doll {I knew this day would come!}.

 Since Ruby and her family live in Florida I made

Florida-type of clothing {if that's such a thing}.

 Since Ruby's dad is the principal conductor of the

Miami City Ballet I thought it only appropriate to

make something using musical note fabric.

 These little skirts take me less than 10 minutes to make.
