Tyler {the owner of Shore Solutions} arrived promptly
at 8:30a.m. Everything we wanted to be moved was
moved with one exception ... the large entertainment
center. The guy who took this apart and put it back
together in our last move was off today so it will be
moved in Phase #2. The den is our 'holding area' for
items we're not sure what to do with.
The westies were kept on the porch while the front
door was kept open for the mover-men.
They decided to take apart the dining room table.
Our new dining room is a tad smaller then the rental
so we are re-thinking the position of the pieces in the
new house. It's actually a smaller house then the rental.
Well, that's it for today. I've got my work cut out for me.
Everything needs to be cleaned out and waxed before
I can start putting stuff away. I'm getting to darn
old for this stuff!
You're getting so close to the end. How exciting
ReplyDeleteHI there, I totally understand your thoughts on getting too old for unpacking-that's how I felt too. I'm not sure what you'll be waxing though? Antiques? You'll be settled before you know it; can't wait to see how it all comes together.
