Today was super-busy gathering everything
I needed to complete my two donations for the Bayside
Quilters fund raiser event in November.
A member left this fabric on the 'free' table
several months ago at a meeting ... so I thought it was only
appropriate to to make a dress using this.
I love the 'free' table at the meetings -
you never know what you can pick up.
I have to say ... I think this dress is cute!
Nine dresses which are stuffed with tissue paper
will gently be squeezed into the tote bag.
They'll stay nice and snug until the auction in November.
A holiday sparkle party dress!
I like making these tote bags.
The beginning of my basket called
I Sew For Chocolate
My sister and I had fun finding all the
chocolate colored fabric in Lancaster.
In this basket ... 24 pieces of fabric
[ranging from 1/2 yard to 1 yard]
5 Mason jars filled with chocolate treats
4 holiday napkin rings
Wrapped in chocolate colored netting
for a festive look.
My completed donations will be dropped off
at the monthly meeting on Wednesday morning.
Thank You For Visiting
