January Bayside Quilter's Meeting

 We woke up this morning to a beautiful sunrise.

Of course we grabbed our camera's and went outside

before coffee ... and before feeding the westies.

Bayside Quilters Monthly Meeting

 Chris is the Queen of the Outreach Bee which

donates quilts to various community organizations.

 Perfect sewing ... will I ever get this good?

 The fabric on the board are samples of an upcoming class

called Stack and Whack.  Not sure I can tackle this.

 I signed up for a class called Patience Corner which

was held after today's meeting.  It was fun & easy.

 Alice explains how the pieces are sewn together.

Would you believe these 3 quilts are all made using the 

same pattern and method above in Alice's diagram?

It's all in the fabric color and in the layout of the squares.
I'm going to give this quilt style a try soon.
