Things I've Made

While finishing the sock monkey & hearts flannel pillowcases
last night Julep made herself comfy in the guest room bed.
As my sister commented to me ... this flannel was
made to be used for pillowcases and I agree.
It's hard to see but if you look closely you will see a row of hearts
on the cuff of the case - it didn't take me long at all to do this.
...
Speaking of my sister ... she is the one who found this fabric at
JoAnn's and she bought what was left on the bolt.  I wish I would
have gotten 3 complete sets but there was a flaw in the middle
of one of the cases that I couldn't work around.  That odd case
will be mine & the 2 sets will be for a give-a-way on my
Facebook group WESTIES HEALTH -- FROM EARS TO TAIL.
This is a celebration for reaching 3,500 members who all try their
best to help each other out with westie health problems.
These have been sitting around my cutting table for months
and I couldn't stand it anymore so I finished them yesterday.
Making something different a long party dress.
Had enough of the hearts fabric to make two exact dresses.

A scrappy quilt for a little girl named Claire is finished and
in the mail.  She is also getting one of the heart dresses and the
Scottie dog I made and posted a few days back.
The back is flannel with sparkles.  I just hope it washes well.
... A quick little funny ...
