Derby ... Sleep ... Sit ... Treat!

 Last night I was working on getting rid of carefully using

the rest of this line of fabric when Derby decided to take

his post-dinner nap in my working zone.

 I wasn't going to disturb him so I went on to another project.

This is a cat themed quilt for my sister to give to her

friend Jane.  It's really cute.

 I ran out of batting so I had to purchase another big roll 

which should last me for some time.

 The new pattern I tried [and liked] using the jelly roll

and the fat quarter pack of fabric.  From that I made two

lap quilts and the little one that Derby is sleeping on [above].

 The boy not wanting to look at the camera.

 He looks a little tipsy in this picture.

Just say the word 'treat' and he comes running.
