Things have been a little crazy around here and to make a long
story short ... Wilson had another attack of Afib which landed
him in the ER in Annapolis. He's okay now and is seeking
an appointment with his heart doctor at Johns Hopkins in
Baltimore.
First of all I want to thank Chris D. from my quilt guild
for sharing this simple giant 9 patch pattern with me. Chris
gave this to me many months ago and I just got around to
trying it out. This is a winner of a pattern because
it's so simple to make. I added borders to make it
a little larger. Thanks again, Chris!
This one and the first one are on there way up to
Stanford, CT to a friend to give to her grand children.

Since I was on a roll [with this pattern] I used some of
the leftover fabric from the first two quilts [above]
to put this one together as well as the other below.

Sorry to hear about Wilson but glad he's ok now. Hope his doctors can get everything under control. The quilts all look good
ReplyDeleteLove these quilts and you are right the pattern is so easy-will have to do this for charity quilts. Your two pups look so sparkling and white-Hunter looks like that after he is groomed but it doesn't last-especially if there are other dogs here. Glad to know that Wilson is o.k., hopefully his cardiologist can get things balanced out.
